floundering about

i couldn't figure out what to call this thing but then i thought well you have been floundering about for ideas, so, i guess that's what it is. the signature sound of the "loveless" pedal from noisemaker pedals is to be heard here. it is one of the most weird, gnarly fuzz pedals i have heard. it also has a weird short echo to it. I don't think it sounds anything like the album Loveless, which was a disappointment for a while, but i've grown to like the weirdness of the sound of the thing. there are also several other pedals plugged in like the mondegreen, and two of my new pedals the dirty robot and the monument tremolo. i feel like i am still getting warmed up and having trouble finding time to do this, but here it is!

Proper weird. Ideas are overrated - I think you're doing just fine without them.

oh man thanks! i think my strong point is tones and textures/sound design. I love producing stuff. My composition is usually my weak point, but for an improv piece this ended up sounding a bit more cohesive than usual. and oh wow, Shields tones! i am the biggest fan. listened to loveless again tonight as a matter of fact. supposedly a new album this year.... we'll see lol.

Satisfying sounds arise from your pedal and your hands. Crazy intensity of fuzz. Love it.

thank you for the kind words and more importantly for checking out my work.

whoaa, that is definitely a crazy fuzz. You manage to get quite a lot out of seemingly little instrumentation (just the one?). Interesting stuff. Keen to see what comes of week three!
