Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

debuting a new project, or sort of a preview for one. it's going to be a while before an album of this comes out, but I wanted to work on the style for the new project. more loop oriented than my other project, Sitari. this is going along with the theme of week 8, which from what I could tell is genre morphing.

Nice job in having many different genres while keeping the common elements between them, this "genre morphing" seems way to difficult for me
This is a bit harder of a listen to the average listener. I really enjoyed the individual ideas and parts. Not to discredit you but i could see similarities to Mophono with his psychedelic approach to hip hop, dirty bass, hazy atmosphere. I would love to see this project go full circle. LMk when youre done with

Interesting genre morphing throughout and it has a very dark gritty feel to it.

I really enjoy the sudden changes. The moment i get comfortable with a part, I'm thrown into disarray and I slowly fall back into place, rinse, wash, repeat. Nice arrangement!
