Hey cool!, famitracker is awesome!~
thanks for the ftm as well... plz do more
Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah
This is great! One thing I would suggest is introducing the bass slightly later in the track, the sparse/minimal intro is quite pretty (same with the outro) and I think that atmosphere should last a bit longer before the track kicks off. The melody is good, but it does get repetitive near the end, try including some variation in it during the second half (perhaps, keeping the same melody intact, but introducing flourishes of shorter notes in-between those long sustained notes).
Overall this is awesome though!
Have you ever noticed how G Zom uses notes based on the western turning system and Derris Kharlan does too?
Example, GZOM has used a through g in the past.
So has Derris Kharlan.
Coincidence?
Thanks for the comments guys!
Aday: I really like seeing how other people use Famitracker, so I figured I'd return the favor.
Biko: It's funny you say that, because I originally the patterns at the beginning of the song twice as long. I changed it only half an hour before uploading!
Godinpants: LOL. As if we are the same person. Come on man. Don't tell anyone.
Lovely track, nice atmosphere, spOOked described it very well with that image.
Besides, Godinpants got a point.
