Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.

Ambient prog is pretty fitting for this. It embraces ambience but goes further than simply filling out space with synth pads, there's a lot of experimentation with rhythm and bass combined with long form guitar improv that I appreciate.
