I'm trying to play some songs on wealky beats and see that play button changed to pause, but I don't hear anything. Sound on other sites are fine, adblock disabled.

Sometimes I've had chrome do some weird awkward stuff before (Crashing on Flash or specific pages etc), and I usually attribute it to some extension or buggy something somewhere along the way.
Might I suggest, You tried Uninstall Chrome / Re-install Chrome (Factory defaults!) - Then Try again?
(Your Google account should re-install most extensions I do believe) (Take a look at your list if your not sure)
Maybe something's buggy.
