Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

How'd we all go, from our own perspectives?
I, for one, am kinda happy with what I got, since I was dicking around with a new program. I'm a little annoyed I couldn't get a mix straight out of 'Tabletop', but the sounds worked pretty well, so you take what you can get, really.
I spent so little time on Week 5 that I got a great head start on Week 6 and finished my submission on Monday.

Same boat I'm in, I spent like 8 hours max on week 6 haha. I think I'm getting sick though so I hope I can finish week 7 in time 
But I was really pleased with week 6, I really wanted to try something different from what I normally write-- and weekly beats has really helped me focus how/what I write (and because there is always so much good music I would feel like a schmuck if I didn't make something on the same level)

for week 6 i had less time to work on it, cause i had an out of town show in ann arbor, but then i finished my week 7 track by wednesday. already working on a third thing this week (the second one was just a vgm vrc7 loop that i'm pretty happy with). feelin so productive.
worked too hard on the breakdown, didnt spend enough time on song structure
the track i made was hands-down the best lsdj track i have written yet. time to do better.

Eh, sorta thrown together from an old track I never finished.
Sounds good, but I didn't put too much effort in.
