i don't want to get too wrapped up in this, but saying other people joining late will be effecting your personal experience and enjoyment of WB sounds kind of similar to when straight people think that gay marriage will make their marriage less meaningful. it's a personal project, and you should get the same thing out of it, regardless of other peoples' outcome.

and if it's not fair to let people in late, because they won't be doing all 52 tracks, does that mean it's not fair to let someone who was here from the beginning continue with WB if they can't get something done one week?
