would any CC license allow me to play people's WBs on a livestream?

Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

i think most people would be delighted :-)
By my understanding, yup, that's fine. So long as it isn't a pay-per-view/Patreon only sort of stream. (Obligatory: I Am Not A Copyright Lawyer )
To cover the CC bases, you could do a credit roll at the end of your stream to cover the attribution requirement of most of the Creative Commons licenses. Although, even just saying who did the track would be fine.

The CC licenses allow divergence from the specific attribution if you get some form of permission. Remember that CC licences ARE actually copyright licences which specifically grant certain rights in advance (so no previous asking is needed), instead of the classical "All Rights Reserved" license.
That being said, I think most if not all WB will be delighted to be included in one of your livestreams (that includes me)
awesome, well, i'm going to have to do a show then!
You have my permission if you ever want to Livestream anything
