Same here. Just make an electronic track that sounds metal-ish. Square waves + distortion (Guitar Rig is good for this, for obvious reasons). It doesn't have to be metal, just use metal-ish sounds and do your usual thing. For example, here's what happens when you cross metal with dubstep.

I'm pretty excited to make a blackened metal track. Might be hard to make it sound super kvlt in such a short time frame, but it should be fun to do something like this so quickly.

you don't have to do a theme track, and if you don't like black metal just do a death metal or speed metal song that has black metal stylings.

btw, I just recorded the guitar to mine, the drums earlier in the week and holy shit it is sounding nasty. just need to do vocals then mix and master the fucker.

this is gonna be awesome. Are we to tag our songs in a certain way so the themed ones can be sorted? I've just tagged mine 'black metal', and also 'black' and 'metal' just in case, haha
