I tried changing my avatar but it won't work. I'll select the file (it's 60 x 60 and 16kb) and click update profile, but then it'll just bring me back to that page with the same avatar i've always had. Are we not allowed to change our avatars after setting them or am I missing something?

Have you tried uploading a different file to see if its just the one you're trying to use?
You should be able to change it, if you try a different file and thatd oesn't work either, let me know, I can attempt to change it for you.

yeah i've tried several files in a bunch of different sizes, but all at or under the requirements. would i just have to email the file to you for you to change it?

It could be that it uploaded the avatar, but your cache shows the old one, have you tried to do a refresh?
