The image has to be hosted somewhere else on the internet, then you can paste it into your track description using image code. Personally I've been using soundcloud to mirror my wb uploads, and pasting the same track art that I use there. (Just remember to keep the upload private until weeklybeats publishing time - but you can still get the image html from a private upload)
