Jokes aside my recommendation: get a card reader, install google drive and when plugging in it asks you if you want to backup that removable storage. if you click yes it will remember that one sdcard and sync it to the cloud everytime you plug it in.
that way you dont have to worry about anything but just plug in your sdcard when you copy off your export or load samples and it also automatically backs it up while you do that. never have to worry about lost stuff again.

And if you ever feel like doing a duplicate because you changed file structure or samples etc, just copy your fold in drive and let it sync again.
