"Entrant is permitted to use the Audio Assets solely for the creation of Submission Materials and Remixes and participation in this Contest."

So there are terms that you agreed to in doing the remix that you would only use it to enter the competition.. in which case I would say the answer is no

However, there are certain copyright issues I'd like to avoid, such as the issue of not being able to upload my song. So, I ask for clarification: Am I allowed to upload a song with copyrighted material that is distributed to the public for free? Can my remix go here?
