Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.

The distortion sounds intentional to me. Got a soft fuzz edge but does get a bit over driven as things progress. Really punctuates the bass and kick and higher metallic sounds.

The distortion is somehow quite satisfying.
