Natural kingdom

A little bit mysterious maybe? There's a bunch of ideas in here, was trying to have a bit of a different sound palette without the usual roland gizmos for a change, ended up with a couple versions which both weren't perfect but I preferred this one.

I could go with a little mysterious.  There's an insistent quality to it as well.  It builds up to something that feels big, relentless, and inevitable.

Agreed!

Great build on this - love how it starts with the undercurrent of melody with grows and eventually stands next to that pulsing bass and drum. Mood and pulse change in the middle was a cool switch up. Really enjoyed the composition and structure of this!

I love the build up of this. Feels like a track that would be on the old American McGees's Alice game. Like I'm in a mysterious wonderland, and all the cards are marching around.

Love the mysterious nature in the beginning. Switch up in the middle is tight, especially with the extra saw like pads that come in. Bass drone doing some heavy work

Glad you both think so!

Thank you very much, some of these are tricks and techniques I picked up in the off year, so am glad they're going down well

That's a fantastic description and I remember some of the soundtrack from that game! That's definitely an energy I'd like to try capture
