Hiding Mint Pairs

The Woody Allen film "Midnight in Paris" has a really beautiful guitar soundtrack. It inspired me a long time ago. I wrote this, finished recording a loose version for WB18 'cause time has been scarce and I couldn't be bothered. Some sloppy playing but that's okay. Second half is fretless 6-string, first half is tenor bass (ADGC).

i feel this type of thing lends itself better to imperfect playing. nicely done sir

Thanks sir! smile

Great chords.  I had a semi-sloppy guitar recording session too this week!!  But I as Drumurboy says, I agree it holds together.

I wish they were interesting chords.

Thanks muchly, cTrix. I swear I typed that earlier, but obviously it didn't post. hmm

Sloppy is totally underrated. Sloppy creates vibe. In a world where the soul of music is quantized right out of it, this is refreshing. Nice.

^ agreed. this is great.

Lovely, lovely stuff!

Nice and relaxing, I like.

didn't hear sloppiness, did her some great playing!

You guys are all so lovely!
Thank you. I will get to listening to some WBs later in the week, so little time. sad

I've always wanted to play on a tenor bass.
I played a fretless in my high school jazz band, I loved it.

It's always nice to hear some 'real' instruments on WB.  Especially guitars  smile  Nice one.
