I didn't have much time or energy to spare this week. Luckily I had another half-finished track which was a good fit for the week.

Faded lights flickered and sputtered as dark clouds rolled across the sky. Rain washed down the streets but only left them filthier than before. To the east, there should be light, but there was only gloom.
The umbrella kept his head dry, but not his soul.
Eyes downturned, one foot ahead of the other, he trudged forward.
