I think the descending effect is mostly flanger alongside cutoff modulation. The sound at 4:20 is actually not a 303! It's kinda wonky cause it's driven by an analogue sequencer that I can't seem to tune correctly, but it got that cool vibe. Thanks for the comments, it's really really appreciated! Cheers!
