This big choir in the start is great, so epic! It does well to foreshadow the SICK drums that follow. Nice composition too, good guitar work. How did you do it? Is it you on all instruments?

I can tell you step by step.
Drums: MIDI, DW SOUNDWORKS Perfect Drums VST, with my own custom triggers for kick and snare, basic EQ and Comp+sat for every drum channel then SSLComp on the main bus, Parallel Comp for Kick
Guitar: Hybrid switch on and off between my playing and MIDI for parts I was too lazy to learn, Shreddage Hydra Kontakt Library, QUAD TRACKED, Archetipe Nolly Amp + Custom TH3 tone (taxidrive+screamer+amp+cab), active eq to clean up bass, basic comp+sat
Bass: ALL MIDI; Eurobass Kontakt Library (clean tone), separate bass into 2 channels, >1 distorted guitar tone+peak reduction, >2 Fuck around with a Bod pedal+Bass amp (pode farm 6) for a very deep low end then compress to death...
grab the low end channel and use peak reduction or midi volume automation to reduce it a little bit every time the kick hits
Atmos: a few sustained note layers using omnisphere pad patches
Clean guitar tone: I honestly don't know what I did, just do a clean amp with no cab and add a shit ton of delay and reverb
Hope this helps in your journey
