Bastard’s Clavicle

By evanericksonmusic on April 26, 2026 10:43 pm

Took a week off. The occasional dropped weeks are really helping the inspiration, and I’m enjoying spending more of my good moments to chill out.

Made something batshit with a friend’s voice. Hadn’t made a song with my best friend saying shit yet. I am gonna release probably 15-20 songs made up of my friends.

I actually did try several new things in here. I wanted to focus on making a beefy bassline that is actually heard, general “clarity,” and I wanted to try a switchup into a new style. There’s lots of cut corners and glue to have padded this out, such as not doing more with the switchup, but I’m pretty happy with the things I experimented with here.

Enjoy this batshit song lol

succulent ass chinese meal here

I have searched thoroughly and not found a single hinge on this one. well done! hahahaha

Crazy wild stuff here! Reminds me of the Max Headroom/Sigue Sigue Sputnik/Lawnmower Man era where everyone was putting the crazy sample mangling front and center.

Madness. Totally unhinged, super noisy and blantantly irritating in a good way.
After the initial screetching buildup, the second half manages to almost feel normal in comparison.
Very succulent indeed.

Absolutely love the insanity you bring with stuff like this. Chaotic, noisy, frenetic, but intentional. Really well done.

The doors have absolutely fallen off, not a hinge in sight.
