Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

I tried a few different things with this.
1. I wanted to make a song without drums (the rhythm you hear is all instrument sounds)
2. I wanted to invoke a ritual from a 1970's horror film.
Let me know what you thought, and if you think I succeeded in either approach.

very suspenseful! great sense of doom.
to be fair, if it sounds like a hihat/kickdrum, even though the source is different. it functions as a drum in your track.
