last weekend i saw four tet at crssdfest out here. he had an amazing dj set featuring only a few of his own tracks from what i could tell, and lots of super bass heavy tracks. i really love his polyrhythms and blends and use of organic instrumentation and vocals, so i took that as a point of inspiration this week. i was able to have more than one "studio" session this week, but still finished down to the wire.

love when that beat drops each time, just the right amount of anticipation in all those dreamy interludes, and the ghostly vocals are pure bliss

This track just keeps getting better as it goes on! The vocals definitely put it over the top, but that drum line is the absolute business. Nicely done!
