Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

It all started from the intro piano loop I created a while ago. I wanted to create a floating mood to go along the contrast of Kowloon's high pace in Hong Kong.
Then came the idea of minced drum beat with the bass.

nice grooves! and i totally get where you're coming from, Kowloon bustles like crazy and i wish sometimes it would just slow down for a second. this helps.
That's a nice track mate! I've never been to Kowloon, but this kinda matches matches the imaginary soundtrack in my head, all kinda dreamy and floaty. It'll change once I go there, but I always seem to do it for cities I want to visit
