Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

Had to go Jamuary style on this one, pretty much start to finish in 2 hours or so. Had the idea for the straight feel to swingy on the beat and just dropped in the piano from there.

yeaaaaaah. Love how the bass rhythm sits with the chill piano and drums. Really gives it a ton of movement you don't expect at first. Then at 1 min it really kicks off, soooooo goooood. Love those slow rising strings.
