Oh yes - see the Fennesz reference here (I currently have his new one - Becs - on high rotation at the moment.) Very nice work here.

That's a great record, agreed.

I was a little underwhelmed with Becs as first, but it's really grown on me in the past week. The guest spots are particularly great. 2008's Black Sea set the bar ridiculously high.

True. Only listened to Becs on Youtube though. Sublime!

really sweet sound to the guitars and digging how they reverberate with the efx.  Very cinematic feel to it as well.  Also thanks for the Fennesz notes.  Giving that a listen now as well.

Cheers Tone Matrix!
Fennesz's Black Sea is my personal favourite. Not too familiar with Becs yet though.

Think I may have mentioned this before - but reminds me of Cul De Sac main man-guitarist Glenn Jones - great stuff!

Cheers & interesting --- Would you mind giving me a link to a particular work that reminds you of Jones? Would be great!

Cheers once more! This is up on Soundcloud as well: Unheard.

Glenn Jones is main guitar dude from Cul De Sac - nice expressive plucker!
