I think you can master that kind of sound almost with no effort. It really sounds wonderful, though. I'm somewhat familiar with your gear and I guess you have some of the pieces mentioned in the mini documentary. It's of course not targeted to synth nerds like us, but to a more broader audience.

I could somehow relate to the "hate" feeling, though being optimistic let's just think they're just trying to earn their bread with some click-bait and sincerely some "kids" would be truly surprised like we were when we were sixteen and discovered the 60's and 70's.

I'm myself 39 now, and it's funny how "everything is 80's" now for some hipsters. I perfectly remember how my friends and I, though we loved the Knight Rider theme, never enjoyed that "Carperter-esque" sound as we prefered the more epic orchestal "Star Wars" soundtrack... Now some people think we all wore eyeliner and girls at school were dressed as Madonna, but wouldn't believe a movie could take more than a year to arrive on VHS, and they probably would laugh at Huey Lewis "Power of love" or Footloose OST.

Suddenly, we were all "synth-based" and lived on MTV !!! ... Our grandkids would think one day everybody in the early 2000's were founding Facebook, probably
