Mother 303

This was a live experimentation I did playing with guitar pedals processing a largely sub synth. I wanted to experiment with texutres and distortion to feel out more of the sonic capabilities I had been experimenting with in my last weekly beat but this time with hardware.

There is less play with feedback and more play with some light generative elements on my modular and synth with some additional straight acid sounds and processing signals. Most of the generative stuff done for the non modular was done with timing and probability in the drum machine. It all ended up being a fun little jam session in the end.

Good headphones/speakers maybe needed to really hear all of the subs in this recording.

Gear used:

2hp Avert
DSI DSM01
Erica Synths Black VCA
