great layering, great atmosphere. WIDE SPACES

Really Nice! Reminds me of a serious, or dark or magical tone in a animation or movie and the bass at the end to pick it up was great!

That sudden twist is nice.

Great emotional use of the voices... and the wide spaced background is doing the rest.

Has a sophisticated Mittel-Europ vibe.

very cool! this song has imagery

niice, feels almost like im in stranger things

Such an atmospheric song. I like the contrast of high and low sounds. Also the sudden change fits very well.

Gorgeous work!  Loving the hard-edged tap delay, the sawtooth pads, the lush echo on everything...very cinematic!  And while it's beautiful, there's an engaging unsettling thing going on under the surface, which reminds me of fairy tales (with their interplay of wonder, magic, and dark creepiness).  Well done!

thank you - i'm using an "Ambient-Wide Spaces"effect in the mastering

i had more of that in the beginning & decided to build up to that - the song had started out more beat focused & loop based & when i started scraping those tracks & picked up the guitar this is what happened

thank you - i literally used a "wide space" mastering effect - i'm really drawn to that sound

i tend to think in pictures/movies so i love it when my music comes out that way

Love that flaring synth over the pretty sparkling rhodes.  Very mysterious smile

A big fan of the Rhoads sound.  Sounds cool with the voice and synth tones.

wish i had a Rhoads Piano or any Piano for that matter  - i'm just using the synth settings in garageband (& messing with them) - i'm hoping to get some space added this year so i can try reaper or something new this year smile    Thank you for listening!

lush journey, look forward to hearing more from you!

Impessive song. Very sparkling in my ears. A minimalistic beauty.

Glad you liked it. It is from the game "Journey", a really beautiful short adventure, that could be finished in about 3 to 4 hours. Worth it even if you are not into gaming smile

i'm so out of the loop with games these days - how does one play the game "Journey"?  Did you work on the score?

Journey has some orchestral chinese-inspired beautiful soundtrack. It's a mute game, almost non violent, where you "follow a path" and are told a story by looking at some animations. I'm not trying to be mysterious here: the point of the game is follow that story told just with images and find out here are you and what is the reason for the trip.

Here's a complete gameplay of it, so can have a glimpse.

And no, I didn't work on its music. I'll be honoured if I would make such gorgeous score
