I hear you. be well.

A solemn and beautiful elegy.  The build near the end was really effective.

that went deep, gave me strong nick drake vibes

The guitarplaying is truly pure and honest. The textures in the background are a beautiful addition and fill the room in a colours. Your lyrics are so intense. There is somethin painful going on. Wish you the best from here.

Not sure about the circumstances for your track, but "complicated grief" is relatable. I hope that your situation is as beautiful as your work. In light of the heavy title / my last week, I feel weird mentioning this but the glitchy synth sound is my favorite thing ever. I think it's a good thing to mention, though. heart

Blessed he be for eternity.

man, that hit me.

Very nice layers - the glitchy static, the quiet guitar lines, and the aetheral vocals. Beautifully and honestly executed.

The lyrics hit hard.  Especially how the line "Can you see the love you leave?" sounds.  Excellent vocal layers that blend into the outro.  Beautiful piece.

Beautiful and haunting. I really like how the vocals start light and airy and then become more resonant at the end there with lots of power. A very moving piece.

Thank you for listening & all your nice words - I was halfway through an upbeat dance track last week when I found out someone who at one point in my life was like a big brother to me died unexpectedly.

this was unintentional but it's so funny you say that cause i was listening to "Pink Moon" last week...

Wow, going through my own set of events totally unrelated but so relatable. Much Love.

wishing you peace & comfort

Powerful, thanks for sharing this. That final movement is really something else. Sending you all the best with what you’re going through.

Beautiful vocals.

The vocals and lyrics are so engaging. I listened a second time before hearing the wonderful sub-floor of electronic sounds. I like the brief pick up in the guitar towards the end.  That, along with the composition and lyrics have kind of an Appalachian, folk feeling - if you removed the electronic elements.

thank you - that's an interesting vibe you picked up - this friend used to play all kinds of music for me - he did really like folks like the grateful dead, the allman brothers etc., bella fleck,  among a lot of other kinds of music... i wrote this after spending the day kinda making a memorial mix as my way of processing the loss - so it's interesting that elements of that came out in the piece...

I can feel the emotion flowing from my headphones directly to my core.  Love how the song is organically evolving.  Great job as always!

that was the direct sound of grief being processed - isn't music so magic that it can help us feel things feelings?  thank you for listening & your thoughtful comments!

Great, powerful piece. I loved the string sounds as well. Music for transition and remembrance, wonderful.
