seeds are quaking
underneath the frozen soil
seeds are waking
underneath the frozen snow
we are waking
we are waking up

I relaly love the synth sounds in this. And the kind of grungy indie rock vibe. Very cool lyrics.

This is really cool, I love how there appears to be no set pattern to the synth rhythm, or if there is its pretty elaborate.  And the slowing down guitar part where the two takes slow at different speeds is fantastic.  Dreamy vocals too as usual.  Great track this week!

Really nice vibe on this one.  Ethereal and rocking at the same time.

I second fc's comments. Between the repeating synth line and the drums in the back with reverb, I get an indie rock vibe, ethereal and poetic. That is a nice track.

shoegaze without too much looking down. love the synths and reverbed vocals

Gives off some nice shoegaze vibes which I am all about. Love this track

I like the word "neath", and I like this song. This sounds great, there's icy sounds for the snow, and this has a rising up out of it and soaring feeling. Yay for the waking seeds. Nice lyric. I'm looking at the ground every day now for a sprout or two. Here the come!

Love the ethereal feel to this and how the square wave synth kinda dances in between the drums.  Well done!

Love the beat and that glide synth combo! The guitar adds bite to it. Spring is almost here!

love that the drums are on their own level and attitude.  that's actually a really cool idea.

snow joke.

Spring in a song

There's a quality to this track that is reminding me of so much music I used to listen to twenty years ago but completely forgot about. Great atmosphere! smile

Nobody here but us snow buns!

well when you have lived the life of 2x 20 year olds and some change your musical influences span some time wink  i also procrastinated trying to make music for a long time so perhaps i'm just getting the music of 20 years ago out of my system? wink

I have not commented on this one, it turns out. Love the drums and love the mixing on this, particularly w/r/t the clarity of the vocals (which are lovely and kind of remind me of björk on this...)
