Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

More of a chiptune based, trash80 inspired track for this week. Once again, arranging it late on a sunday night but I'm still happy with the overall result.

This was just using Ableton, some drum samples that I've obtained and an ensemble made by Trash80 funnily enough called DigiTek. It's pretty handy overall but has a couple of niggles for me personally.
Everything was just created via midi clips in the session viww then arranged it bit by bit.
Interesting combo of piano and cycle-duty-pulsewaves! Will have to look at Digitek... Reaktor yeah?
Pretty cool sound on the overall mix, and I think the piano works really well with the chiptune atmosphere 
Oh yeah, I like the piano with it a lot. I always enjoy a changing arp speed too
