Boards of africa

By Echotone on February 2, 2014 9:02 pm

Hi all,
This one was the sort of 4 bar loop that's been sitting on my hard drive for way too long. I had actually completely forgot about it.
it's sort of an homage to BOC, because i just love what they do and i wanted to see if i could write something that's close to their aesthetic. I'm quite happy with the result even thought it's not quite as polished as I would have I liked, but I ran out of time.
Oh and "africa" because it includes pieces of field recording of kids playing that I recorded when traveling in Congo in 2007.
