This is my first song for the Weekly Beats challenge.
I made it by connecting the input and output LFO on my Stylophone DS-2 to the LFO on my Behringer Crave so that they would affect eachother's oscillations. Then I connected the Sample & Hold on my Behringer Neutron to the oscillators on my DS-2, with one inverted. Finally, I made the Crave play an arpeggio of two notes.
I had the LFOs affect the cutoff of the DS-2 and Crave, connected both to effects pedals to delay their notes, and messed around with knobs to affect the sounds that each played to create a droning experience with clear notes coming through at different times.
This was made up from two different recordings because while I loved how the song began, I got carried away and played for nine minutes. That felt a little long, so I recorded a second session with a focus on its ending.
I then mixed and used EQ in Adobe Premier Pro.
I also made an abstract music video for the song using analog camera feedback loops, a video mixer, and some color modifiers, which you can see here (I think, trying to figure out the BBCode):
