One of the greatest men I've known died earlier this week. This is my tribute; I hope I've done him justice.

Nice tribute; your vocals are really good. Did you do the backing solo?

I do everything but drums. I use Addictive Drums 2 to lay down drum tracks since I can't play them.
Poetic. I'm always thinking, "Could be tighter... but fuck it, it's great the way it is." Somehow it always fits together in a way that I don't fully understand. Which I like.
Great vox. Well put together!!
Thanks, I appreciate it.

My playing has gotten considerably tighter since I started. It used to be the thing I struggled the most with--playing along with a beat and my songs often sounded disjointed because of it. As well as just having more practice playing to a beat, I also now try to record my instruments with the actual drums instead of a click track. I turn up the drums and down the guitar so I can hear it better, and probably the most important thing is that I play more takes until I get it right instead of saying "good enough" since playing guitar or keys or singing are my favorite parts of the process.
I totally agree with Color Grey. A big reason why I enjoy it too. Gives it a psychedelic vibe to my ears. Keep it up!
