Getting the Swing Vote

By E-dub on January 24, 2016 8:53 pm

I haven't had a bunch of time for music because Fallout 4 has taken 'hold of me.  So this song is lacking any vocals, guitar, bass guitar, and the other things I'm famous (I wish) for.  On the other hand, I spent additional time polishing the sound when I finished creating the instrument parts so I have that going for me, which is nice.

The style was very likely influenced by the Fallout 4 soundtrack which may be the most enjoyable part of the game.

I apparently used a very similar piano riff in one of the about 6 total songs I wrote in 2015 (without the pressure of WB to keep me motivated): C'est Soir

Scary swing. Which is a good thing.

        Love the dissonance.

Pretty nice swing for cruising with your new armour through the wasteland. Have fun with the game, Edmund!

Livening the place up. This beautiful little song is not in need of any vocals. Love it.

        yeah. just, yeah. (finger snapping)

Really interesting dynamic going on here! Can't wait to hear more.
