Praying for Cold

halfway there!

A bit of a speedtrash, as I'm going for conference tomorrow and won't have access to instruments. Given that I continue last week's "only live instruments" that means that today is the last day to do anything.

So there goes it, trying to survive heatwave (not even worst hit yet) and finishing my submission the earliest I've ever did it.

7/8, some fun with paradiddles and paradiddlediddles on drumpad with this one

Roland SPD SX Pro, guitar (Danelectro something I stole borrowed from my spouse, Arturia Microfreak, recorded and processed in Ableton Live

LOVE all the work you’re doing in odd time signatures! This is so cool.

It’s so odd - there’s something about how you've orchestrated this that makes it feel like
It’s in six…I had to count it to really grasp, that yeah, it’s in 7. So many cool textures in here. Love what you did with the guitar, that sort of clicking perc, and the wubby bass.

Mesmerizing but not repetitive or boring. Really cool work! Your tracks have been pretty inspiring this year smile

PRAYERS ANSWERED! it’s cold a bit.

Anyway, n-ice submission and I really like it, it seems you nailed the instrumental part perfectly big_smile

Also cool with the microfreak in the background and the synth. Cool stuff @dreat

Way to get it done with some constraints! Nice groove and really like that lower drippy/reverby clack
