I don't usually write upbeat or fast songs so I thought I should try to change that up a bit this week. It came out alright even if it took a bit of a county fair/festival vibe. Happy I branched out a bit. Focused on trying to make transitions to new parts a bit less jarring with small grace notes or intro percussion or just space and think it worked out ok.
