Got some decent sounds out of FMSYNTH this week; not so sure about the composition, but keeping up the streak. Lets go week 12!

the string is...a synth?! so pure, nice contrast to the bitcrushy bass instrument for me. definitely gives me 32-bit sidescrolling epic castlevania-esque kind of vibes.

Yeah smile Almost feels like cheating though because actually the default M8 FMSynth patch makes up almost all of the sound. It's just that plus a volume ADSR and reverb. Found out this week that it gives a great string and/or brass sound.
