Zbots Return

By dr0ptpacket on December 18, 2022 4:39 pm

I borrowed a friend's teensy/m8 who told me they deleted their song, however I noticed it reloaded every time I powered the m8. Maybe from a cache. The challenge this week was to make a song from the "deleted" song, preserving as much of the crazy original as possible smile.  The result reminds me of an army of robots building a machine that builds more robots. At some point the machine activates and the fun begins.

I'm dedicating this track to the old 1980's Galoob toy line "Zbots".

they certainly do!

That's cool rebuild/rescue of the ghost song in the cache, some really nice deep bass tones on this one, party really gets turned up at 1:34, until they run out of juice.

Really appreciate the listen and the kind words, have wonderful last few days of 2022!

Love the description and context you've given for this one. Fits perfectly with the Zbots. I'm a child of the 80s and somehow missed these. Gets super heavy and massive and changes up in a big way maybe 20% of the way through, full of enjoyable surprises.
