Pond of Happiness

By dr0ptpacket on July 20, 2024 3:09 am

This tune reminds me of (or directly inspired by??) exploring caves in SNES Zelda. Not sure how/why or if that's even accurate, but it makes me happy. I hope everyone chooses to be happy this day!

Has a deconstructed-Zelda sound to it. definitely uplifting & the sparseness captures the wide-open feeling of exploring a new world. I also like the hidden track

It sounds exactly like the title announces, very nice smile

There is a nostalgic quality to this somehow. To be honest I didn't play Zelda but maybe I can feel your emotion coming through in the track. Also like that there's some attitude to the beats, that connects well to your proclamation to "choose" happiness. Maybe this track is choosing that too smile

Hahaha! So happy you noticed that! This was my first time doing that because I accidentally left in a phrase at the end and decided it was meant to be LOL.
