sounds very FMy... fun stuff

love the silly fm voices, like often heard in old nintendo soundtracks. fun little composition.

I feel with the m8 things are limited when it comes to writing nice solos over a cool beat. like u can make pretty sick beats and sections for a song but I always got stuck at some point where it's just too repetitive. like in this track at around 2:20ish I would feel the need for a sick solo or some other melodic content, but I know how hard it is to write with the 16ths interface of the m8 and it's such a hassle to record into it, or export, or whatever. maybe doing it live connected to a mixer and recording multiple tracks could be something idk.

anyway just a little braindump, wonder what u think about it. cool stuff tho!

Yeah, for some reason I knew I'd get caught this week. I admit this one was TOTAL dialed in speedtrash. Not proud of it, but only 28 weeks to go!!!! LOL. It takes work to make music on the m8 and I like to play freestyle on a regular keyboard to find melodies and solos, and then work to code them in. Sadly after travelling all week I only had time for this sharealike piece that others can add the killer solo to if inclined.
