GATOR RIDDIM

Having fun which is a good sign as I am about to get very busy and not sure will keep it up.
Thought I would keep it dancehall but go for a heaps more spooky metal vibe than last week.
Really like the idea of having some vocalists on these instrumentals tbh.

This almost sounds like The Bug or Justin Broaderick's Exit Electronics stuff. Awesome!

Imagine Elephant Man on vocals!

it's funny you can just tell a yabs track straight off the bat

Was listening to a The Bug during the week so the influence is definitely strongly on the sleeve - also ooof elephant man would be πŸ‘Œ

straight spooked, would love to hear this stuff with some vocals laid down

last minute in particular is filth

Awesome gritty, makes my brain melt through my eyes.

spooktastic!

I love the grit with the bright plucks panning L -> R very intense!

the lazerzappy snare accents are punishing yeeeaaaoogh way to power through this week!

It’s my boy.

Bass filth around 1 min mark. Love that instrument.
When it returns at around 2:20ish with those bloomy squelchey hits, maaaate.

96bpm? that's scuff territory

I have come to realise that Scuff is just atmospheric dancehall with sidechained reverb - makes ya think
