You're nailing the retro summer on the beach vibe so far.  I'm not sure if this is a positive or a negative for me in the middle of January.  smile    I can almost smell the suntan lotion and it's making me want to go visit the old water park I used to go to back in the 80's.

It's always sunny in 80's VHS... But better try Beta for extra warmth

Love this one as well, a bit more nostalgic smile

Good tune!

What I said on the other site :-))

Beautiful track! I really dig the production, too

it's all about that fat bassline, otherwise it would be way too 80s cheese, dat bass

You seem to even nail the filtering and the what seems like 'VHS Imperfection of retaining the quality of a recording on some of those instruments ((VHS Compression like ??))' so well.

This really gets the nostalgia juice pumpin - lovely work

Yeah, as much as I love the 80s cheese, sometimes you need a funky bass to carry ya along. Maybe ironically, it's a Juno 106 bass impression lol

Yeah, I'm a little obsessive about my sound design and I'm constantly tinkering with the master chain to make each mix sound as tight and compressed as possible lol. EQ'ing is always hard for me smile

Oh damn.  Yeah, definite 80s beach party music right here...and I'll second DAT BASS.

I'll probably ask you for a track when I do a reel for my VHS project, www.tinyurl.com/rivieravideo smile
