Somebody should explain to me what exactly is skweee... yet this sounds very cool. Nice patches, disorientingly soothing :)

You should check this documentary called We Call It Skweee:

Its a loose term for doing bit wonky and sparse not very quantized music with what ever tools you got. Traces of hiphop, electro funk, early electronic music of 50s to 70s, chip music, world music etc.. How you mix these (and other elements!) is up to you, it might be more a spirit of it I guess. "you know when its skweee" as they say.
