Cause I can go to the "épicerie".

No acoustic drums tracked this week, so the electronic drums are in. Did perform the drums myself using the roland td6 drums with their 808 patch.

Started with drums again, with the intention of doing a reggae song. added the dirty electronic bass.

My 8 years old did add the bongos.

I added some vocals and guitars.

Then added delay and more saturation, almost on everything.

Ozone element 8 on the master bus, and Voilà!

Hope you had a great week. It was a so so one for me, but it is ok. Not too much music done this week, a little stress added here and there, but overall life is good.

See you next week. (I almost don't have anything left done (no more songs or ideas on the computer) so I'll need to get back to my drums/keys/guitars if I want to be able to release something next week.)

JP.

This is messy in a good way.  I don't know if it's the dirty electronic bass or the noisy second electric guitar, but that scuzzy gnarly sound throughout is awesome.  And nice bongo work by your kid.

Vraiment swell! C'est une belle façon de parler de la situation, belle bass bien funky en plus smile

increadible sounds in here. the bass is so massiv. the vocals are brilliant. very good mix and mastering. say bonjour to your bongo-baby. well done.

This is great.  Reminds me SO MUCH of Sublime, I love it

Thanks a lot all. Very happy that you liked it. It is far to be perfect but another one done. smile . I liked the bass too.
Sublime did great songs and it sounded pretty cool.

Breaking out the electric kit. I love it. Sounds like your boy enjoyed banging on the bongos too! Im excited to hear what you come up with now that the ideas are fresh out. Sometimes thats when we are most creative.
