some really cool ideas going here, but i gotta be honest bro, the guitar was done pretty sloppily. fix that up and I think you'll have one pretty rad track.

I kinda agree with kedromelon. Neat ideas, good atmosphere. But the guitar needs more focus. And maybe some rhythm guitar plucking the chords off to the sides. In my experience, getting chip and guitar to mix just right takes a lot of trial and error. Keep at it!
Tricky track to cut though. The thing is your chip sounds already cover a mass spectrum - especially those fuzzy notes - maybe pull back the high EQ and add some hats or something with a high pass filter to fill out the high spectrum. Guitar needs a limiter (or tickle it with a compressor) - also timing is a tad out - almost sounds like a latency slip on your sound card!! But it's certainly getting there for a first go!!
