Job's Done

By Diagamblic on January 31, 2016 5:42 pm

This week's song is result of having an extremely crazy week and probably playing a little too much Hearthstone instead of working on a tune smile. So for Week 4 I decided not to spend any time in Renoise or Reaper fussing over note choices and instrument selection - and just decided to bang out a live, mostly improvised piano piece. I freely admit my timing needs work (no quantization here), but hey, it was also 2 in the morning so I was a wee bit tired. Enjoy!

pretty good skills! sounds like the soundtrack to an 80s soap opera wink Like the second jazzy half the most!

it's really nice listening to something live! not to mention you have some serious skills and awesome improvisations wink

What a pleasant surprise!

JOB'S DONE!

I will have you know it is very pleasant issuing commands in bash while listening to your piece.

captivating

(I was doing something useful, now I'm listening)

Thanks smile. I wouldn't mind writing for an 80's soap opera either! Might have to build a time machine first though.

I appreciate it! Wow, I haven't used bash since my college days.
