Mogcigip Ficug

This week is full of mysteries, one is that the generator straight up did not make a melody at all for the chorus. Just nothing. But rather than making one, I embraced it, so now you get to enjoy some extra time with the bass and the harmony. Honestly, it's not bad, I'm vibing to it and I have for several loops already.

Another mystery is that I, Devieus, am here, even though throughout most of the week I was Spider. This is weird because we operate on a cycle for no apparent reason where Ebrit should've been following Spider, but something broke. Spider decided not to be on Discord for all of Thursday, but even at the end of that there weren't any signs that would happen (she had a good time with one of our boyfriends, playing Terraria, making a character that was wholly her, even playing Pokémon Unite just the way she would after that).

I'm sure it's all fine.

The harmony layering towards the end is really quite nice. And again, I love the bass growl. Sounds like hitting the low B on a bass guitar and sliding down.

The title looked like an anagram to me so I tried to decipher it by the only thing I came up with was "Mucific Pig Gog" or "Gig If Pug Comic". Can't say either sounds like a winner.

The tune's thick chords progressions sound interesting, the bassline starts going somewhere by the end of the song. Have you thought about treating the procedural piece as a starting point for manual tweaks later? That would allow you to refine whatever's rough in the random generation but you'd still retain the spirit of the approach. Best of both worlds!

Really cool one to chill out to, this week.

That's supposed to be a dinosaur, but I guess it could be whatever you want it to be

We've been doing that for a while, we're still not sure what tweaks to actually make
as for the bass doing things, that's the outro, guess we should put that in some places next

It used to be even chiller, the tempo had to be moved up from 27 to 80

lot of musical innovations in this track, but still surrounded by the good old birdys and the dino.
Have a fantastic week

So much personality in this track. Love what happens with layers around one minute, and the big growl at the end. smile

Oooh a meditative intro that then gets a nice slow groove going.  I like that last synth bend at the end.

Really not that many tbh, maybe one or two with the triple oscillator

That they are, soon enough

Generators gonna do what a generator gonna do.  It did layouts some very luscious chords. I like how the drums sound like just closed hat and snare. Changes the mood and fits with the melodic chords.

He had to tweak the chords a bit, but the drums are just nice like that
- Ebrit

It is pretty cool having just the chords in the chorus, I like it.  Also a big fan of the change at 1:03.

Many thanks. It seems people like the bridge as much as they like the outro, so I'll do what Ebrit did and do a thing.
