The bug from last week wasn't fixed, but I'm done with this week, so whoever's up next will have to check it out. Unless it's me, then I'll check it out whenever.

Gender dysphoria fucking kills me.

Yeah, screw this week! Still sounds nice even with the bug.

The but is just note placement, something that can easily be fixed manually, so you can't hear it
anyway, she was having a rough time all week to the point she just sort of accepted it
- Ebrit

I actually really enjoy the melodies here, may I ask you how you make all of your sounds and instruments sound like they're recorded live in a room or a bigger dining room? Well done!

what bug? this the best song you ever did. The melody is causing tears in my eyes.

The sounds and instruments are all default plug-ins found in LMMS with dials and such tweaked by the generator, the room feel is probably the reverb? Itself also a default plug-in in LMMS, also with dials and such tweaked by the generator

Just some placement things, the call and response would play at the same time, so we have to move it every time to fix it
Honestly, having a call track that talks over the response, one attempt at a bug fix, doesn't sound bad in its own right, and maybe I should do that again
I don't think the melody was touched at all, it's all generated just like that
if you want, I can help you set up the generator so you can listen to a new song any time you like
- Ebrit

I like the melody too, even if it is way generated. It has an epic feel. Like transform that into a big orchestration and that can be used as marvel movie trailer. This makes me think that if you run the automation an infinite number of times then it will recreate all the classical pieces that ever existed. Even the pieces that never existed. Even the one Mozart had in his head on a drunken night, and was the best tune in the world, but forget the following morning.

It probably won't make every possible song ever, the constraints for it are too tight, but it will generate the vast majority of possible melodies and definitely will generate every possible chord progression.

I really like the 1:31 bridge sorta section w/ that vibrato, very nice detail that I'm not sure I heard before from the generator. The melodies are great, also.

Since I'm listening to this quite late in the week -- how are you doing? Was this week better than the last? Anything you feel like sharing?

It seems to be the monstro plug-in, something that should have a relatively average chance of showing up, I guess it made the LFO just right to hit the pitch, she definitely didn't touch that anyway.

I'm doing pretty alright. I'd say this week went better because I don't have gender dysphoria and Ebrit has somewhat less of it. I don't know if there's anything I can share that you'd understand as such, being three people is kind of a wild experience, but it is a very comfortable one for us.

There is a bit of glitchyness in the formula but the overall result is good. I like the tremolo introduced around 1:30. Haven't noticed that before.

Really? Where.
Also, that tremolo, I guess it just happened. Definitely didn't touch it as Dev mentioned.
