Maybe

Week 13, end of a quarter, so time for something different and with this I feel I could make some enemies and some new friends
To those who were expecting chip metal, I'm sorry, it won't happen too often
To those who just joined, welcome, tho it won't happen too often

Everything was done in LMMS with chip sounds, drums are SFXR, bass is a triple oscillator, lead is SID
The only thing that wasn't is the guitar, that shit's real, because even DnB is better with guitar, I will not be taking questions, but I will provide guitar if you get in touch
Rolled the dice for the progression, D12 said F, D8 said Mixolydian
Not sure about the title, it was just an idea that maybe I could make DnB, for me

Also birds, as always, tactical

And now for some rambling:
I, Ebrit, enjoy DnB stuff as well as stuff adjacent to it, if you make this yourself this year, you may have seen a comment signed with this name and no other, but there are others
The others might try to enjoy it, but end up just not doing it, so this is why
I am not a band, btw, I am 5 people in one body, so I am making this for therapeutic reasons basically
Anyway, hope you enjoy

The changing chords under the lead melody in the last section is cool. Gives it a real journey feel.

Congrats on making it through 13 weeks smile

Tactical birds ftw. Dig the tune and the rambling comment.

Your longest and most popsongliketrack ever? Hi, birdy! We like it, don`t we?

You're right that even IDM styles gain from guitar inclusion. Your track is a good example, the additional texture is definitely welcome.

If you don't mind me asking, when did you first find out about your dissociative identities?

This is great, very industrial and cool

Hi, it's me, a different name. (Also I use full stops.)

I think that was the plan.

Congrats to you too.

Always the birds. Glad you like the tune as well.

We used to do the rambling all the time, then we moved to a journal elsewhere so the descriptions wouldn't be so meandering, but this was relevant.

Very much so. It forgot to autoduck, but the message came across.

Guitars are always welcome in everything if you ask me, even if they're not the lead character.

2021, though there were signs before then, and signs before then. It's a weird series of retrospectives.

Thank you, you're cool too.

Very nice chip metal DnB. And you are indeed correct. _Everything_ is better with guitar. (and cowbell)

Definitely absolutely everything. Even cowbell is improved with guitar.

It knows what it likes, even if it doesn't align with everyone else's interest.
Birds are universal though.

uh oh birdies better watch out for that drummer!

Pulsing driving synth bass with the upbeat uplifting drums that got me moovin and groovin in my chair smile

They're safe, I'll make sure of that

It's nice, but it can definitely go harder, like, I forgot to autoduck, that definitely makes it move much better
